St Hugh's College is pleased to be able to offer a Video Conferencing service in our Hamlin and Dobbs Rooms (seating up to 30 people).
Video Conferencing has now become an essential tool for all types of businesses looking to save on travel time and costs. Whether you need a Video Conference for a full day, half day or just a couple of hours, we will be able to accommodate your every need.
Our team of technical experts will set up your Video Conference, along with testing beforehand and full support throughout your event. Refreshments can also be provided on request.

All rates include test calls, full technical support and room hire, and are all excluding VAT. A supplement may apply for evening or weekend events.
