Replacement University Cards
Lost Cards
If you have lost your university card please report this to the College Office (college.office@st-hughs.ox.ac.uk). Please then visit this link to pay the £10 charge.
You will receive an email when your new card is ready to collect from the College Office. This card will have a new barcode, and you will need to take your card to the College Library and the Finance Office to be updated.
Stolen Cards
If your university card has been stolen please report this to the Police and to the College Office, (college.office@st-hughs.ox.ac.uk), quoting your crime number. You will receive an email when your new card is ready to collect from the College Office. This card will have a new barcode, and so you will need to take your card to the College Library and Finance Office to be updated.
Damaged Cards
If your university card is damaged please report this to the College Office (college.office@st-hughs.ox.ac.uk). You will receive an email when your new card is ready to collect from the College Office, and you must bring your old damaged card with you to be confidentially destroyed. Your new card will have the same barcode, and is ready to use immediately.
