St Hugh’s Clarendon Scholarships
The College offers a number of awards linked to the Clarendon Fund and supported by generous donations to St Hugh’s. If you have either named St Hugh’s as your college of preference on your University application form, or indicated that you wish your college choice to be overridden for funding purposes, you will be automatically considered for one of these awards. The St Hugh’s Clarendon awards normally offer full fees and maintenance costs for up to three years of DPhil study.
This Scholarship, funded by the MCR, covers the College Fee of a new student not otherwise supported, for one year. It is awarded on the basis of academic merit; there is no separate application process.
If one of our graduate awards is made to a person currently holding an offer to study at a college other than St Hugh’s, the award holder will be required to seek permission to migrate to St Hugh’s.
