Invitations and Booking
Invitations and details of how to book are sent out prior to each event. If you have not received an invitation to an event it could be because we often target invitations at specific interest groups or because our records for you are incomplete.  Please contact the Development Office for further details.  We now have an Online Shop where you can purchase tickets to events.

Accommodation
Senior Members benefit from a discount on bed and breakfast in College on certain room types. You can book accommodation online by using the promotional code SMR009.

Parking
Parking on-site is in very short supply. We give priority to Senior Members (or their guests) whose mobility is limited or who are bringing very small children. Parking in the roads adjacent to College, Canterbury Road and St Margaret's Road, and northwards towards Summertown, is limited to 2 hours during the day. The Park-and-Ride scheme is a good option. From the northern or southern car parks the bus can drop you in Woodstock Road or Banbury Road very close to College.

St Hugh’s Regional Network
The St Hugh’s Association of Senior Members, in conjunction with the St Hugh’s Development Office, has recently established a revived Regional Network allowing Senior Members to meet one another in the area in which they live.  The aim of the Network is to create a vibrant, thriving community of alumni, where Senior Members feel connected to College and each other, wherever they live.  Events will be held in all regions of the UK at least once a year and organised by Senior Members, whose details can be found below.  Please contact the relevant Senior Member for details of events taking place in your area, or if you have any suggestions for future events. If you would like to organise an event in your area - especially if you live in East Anglia, Wales, Northern Ireland, Glasgow or Yorkshire - please get in touch with Senior Members Sally Allatt, Maggie Stearn, Joan Swindells or Rachel Rawlings, Alumni Relations Manager for St Hugh's College.
