What do I do to graduate?
Those who wish to take their degree, either in person or in absentia, should e-mail the College Office or call + 44 (0)1865 274911.
How do I get my MA?
If you are a Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Fine Arts, you can supplicate for the degree of Master of Arts in or after the 21st term from your matriculation. Apply in the same way as for your undergraduate degree and contact the College Office.
How do I make a donation to St Hugh's College?
We are hugely appreciative of the support we receive from Senior Members and friends. Please visit the Online Giving website to make a donation or contact the Development Office for more information.
I am interested in one of the events but I have not received an invitation – who do I contact?
Please e-mail the Development Office or call +44 (0)1865 274958. We often target event invitations at specific interest groups. It is also possible that if you have not been invited it is because our records for you are incomplete so you may need to complete a form. Please visit our forthcoming events page for details of upcoming events.

I would like to stay in College during the holidays – what do I do?
Senior Members benefit from a discount on bed and breakfast in College on certain room types. You can book accommodation using the promotional code SMR009. If you have any questions, please contact the Accommodation Office, +44 (0)1865 274907.
I would like to use the College Library – who do I contact?
Senior Members may be admitted to the college library by appointment, out of term time, on a reference-only basis. If you wish to arrange a visit, please e-mail the library at least a week in advance or call +44 (0)1865 74938. Please see the Library webpage for more information.
