Estates
The Estates Section is responsible for the management and implementation of maintenance and improvements throughout the College Buildings and Grounds.
The Estates Manager is supported by the Maintenance Engineer, Grounds Manager and Senior Gardener in the provision of all services.
The College employs a small, but dedicated, team of in house staff to deal with routine day to day issues and emergencies. External contractors are employed as necessary to carry out specialist works, servicing, planned maintenance and major refurbishment works.
We endeavour to deal with all requests for emergency and day to day repairs in an efficient and professional manner. We welcome feedback, as we are continually looking for ways to improve our service.
