Employee Handbook

The St Hugh’s Employee Handbook serves as a comprehensive guide for our support staff on our regulations and benefits, and signposts the policies and procedures relating to employment. It is an essential resource that is designed both to introduce new staff to our College and to be of continuing use during employment.  It provides clear information on:

  • Terms and Procedures – from attendance to safety protocols, the handbook sets clear expectations for responsibilities.
  • Benefits –  the handbook details all benefits, such as our cycle to work scheme, buying and selling annual leave, and long service awards.
  • Workplace culture – the handbook also helps to ensure we are all aligned in the way we work together and promotes a positive and inclusive community.
