Principal helps raise aspirations for local school pupils

The Principal welcomed a group of Wood Farm School pupils to St Hugh’s on Tuesday 14 July to help them learn more about life at university.

Dame Elish had visited the Headington school on a previous occasion to take an assembly of Year 5 and 6 pupils as part of their ‘Raising Aspirations’ scheme, and invited the children back to college to have a look around and gain more understanding of what it is like to study at university.

Wood Farm Primary School recently benefited from a total refurbishment of its buildings and provides some of the best facilities for teaching, sport and the creative arts.
