Celebrating 50 years since our first women’s crew qualified for Summer VIIIs…
All those with an interest in the St Hugh’s Boat Club are warmly invited to the inaugural St Hugh’s Summer VIIIs dinner for alumni, on Saturday 25 May, hosted in association with the St Hugh’s Boat Club.
The evening will open with a drinks reception at 6.30pm, followed by dinner at 7pm.
Booking information
Standard alumni tickets for this three-course dinner with wine cost £65. New alumni (matric. 2015 or after) have the option to purchase a discounted ticket at £45. A small number of discounted tickets will be available for current students at £25 (please note that guest tickets are not available for this event). You will have the option to add a donation towards the St Hugh’s College Boat Club when you purchase your ticket.
To reserve your place, please fill in our online booking form below. Tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, so please book early to avoid disappointment, and by Friday 10 May at the latest.
We will do our very best to accommodate any seating requests listed on your booking form.
Dress code
The dress code for this event is formal. Please feel free to wear or bring along your old St Hugh’s Boat Club attire too!
Accommodation
As this event falls within Term Time, we are unable to offer accommodation in College. If you would like some suggestions on where to stay nearby, please do contact the office at development.office@st-hughs.ox.ac.uk.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of the cancellation of the event all guests will be offered a full refund for their ticket.
If you have booked for the dinner and need to cancel your ticket, please contact the Development Team on development.office@st-hughs.ox.ac.uk at the earliest opportunity. We will offer a full refund for tickets cancelled up to a week prior to the event.
