The College gym is located in the basement of the Rachel Trickett Building (RTB) and includes a selection of cardiovascular equipment and weights.
Please read this detailed guide to using the gym. You need to complete and return the enclosed membership application to the Accommodation Manager, and watch the below induction video before using the gym.
Please note that the gym will be closed during vacation periods.
The College sports ground, located on the Woodstock Road (OX2 7EJ), has cricket and football pitches, cricket nets, space for netball, two clay tennis courts, and one grass tennis court. The ground is shared with Keble College, and bookings can be made through the Groundskeeper, Mr Adrian Roche (07817 863841). College members can also book a session on the squash courts at Wolfson College, through the St Hugh’s Lodge.
The College boathouse is located on the river below Christ Church Meadow (it is shared with St Anne’s and Wadham), and is available for the use of members of the St Hugh’s Boat Club. There are strict safety rules for rowing on the river, and all members of the Boat Club must adhere to them and complete an appropriate induction before using the facility.
Music practice rooms are available for students to book and use, as follows:

Music Room, Principal’s Lodgings (by arrangement with the Principal’s Executive Assistant)
