The academic year is divided up into three terms: Michaelmas Term, Hilary Term and Trinity Term. Terms are made up of eight weeks running from Sunday of 1st Week to Saturday of 8th Week. The dates of Full Term for 2023-24 can be found here, along with provisional dates for upcoming academic years.
Undergraduate students are able to move into their accommodation on Sunday of 0th week of each term (and must have arrived by latest 12pm on Thursday of 0th week). Students will need to vacate their rooms by 10am on Saturday of 8th week each term, unless other arrangements have been made with the Accommodation Manager.
In Michaelmas Term, undergraduate Freshers should arrive on Monday of 0th Week for their first year of study.
Graduate student tenancies begin on 27th September 2023.
