It is intended that the St Hugh’s College Alumni Association AGM be held in person in College and via Zoom on the afternoon of Sunday 30 November 2025 from 2:45pm until 3:45pm

Items for 5., in writing and bearing the signatures of at least 2 alumni, should be sent to the President Samantha Tolley (via the Development Office) to reach her by a minimum of 14 days before the notified date of the AGM.  Any nominations for Committee membership should also be submitted by that time.
