St Hugh’s alumnae who matriculated in 1957-1959 and 1967-1969 are warmly invited back to College on Friday 22 September 2023 for a special Reunion Lunch.
Our celebrations will open with an optional tour of the beautiful gardens of St Hugh’s with our Gardens Team at 11am (please note that this tour will only go ahead if the weather is fine). This will be followed by a drinks reception and photographs from 11.30am, and the Reunion Lunch. We anticipate that the event will come to a close at around 3pm.
You are very welcome to bring a guest (over-18s only please).
The dress code for this event is smart.
Tickets for the Reunion Lunch are £38 for alumnae and £45 for guests. To reserve your place(s), please fill in our online booking form below. Tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, so please book early to avoid disappointment, and by Friday 8 September at the latest.
We will do our best to accommodate any seating requests listed on your booking form.
Please note that you do not need a Paypal account to pay for your ticket, or to make a donation online when you book your ticket.
We are pleased to be able to offer a limited number of rooms on the College site on a B&B basis over the weekend of the reunion. If you would like to stay in College, you can book rooms on the website here, using the alumni discount code which can be found in your invitation, or by emailing us on email@example.com.
Memories & Photos
We look forward to creating a display of our guests’ favourite photos and memories of St Hugh’s for everyone to enjoy at the Reunion Lunch. With that in mind, we would be delighted if you would email us to share your favourite memory from your time at St Hugh’s, as well as digital copies of any favourite photos. We welcome written contributions of up to around 200 words.
If you would like to attend the Reunion Lunch as part of a group but have lost touch with some of your contemporaries, please contact the Development Team on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help reconnect you.
In the event of the cancellation of the event all guests will be offered a full refund for their ticket(s).
If you have booked for the lunch and can no longer come, please contact the Development Team on email@example.com at the earliest opportunity. We will offer a full refund for tickets cancelled up to a week prior to the event.
Meeting Minds Oxford (22-24 September)
Your Reunion Lunch happily falls during Meeting Minds Oxford, the University-wide festival of events for alumni. This year’s programme includes the St Hugh’s Alumni Association’s symposium ‘Betty and Barbara: “Elect me for what I am, not what I was born”‘, featuring distinguished speaker The Rt Hon Theresa May MP (Geography, 1974). The symposium will be held at the Mathematical Institute at 4pm on Friday 22 September. Click here to find out more and for booking details.
The symposium will be followed by a drinks reception in College, 5.30pm-7pm. Reserve your place for the reception via the Reunion Lunch booking form below.
