George Murphy has been a non-stipendiary lecturer at St Hugh’s since 2010, teaching clinical surgery. He is a Plastic Surgery registrar on the Oxford/Wessex rotation, and a graduate of Gonville & Caius College, Cambridge, and Bart’s and the London school of Medicine. His academic interests are the biology and treatment of congenital deformity, and evidence based surgery. He is an active member of the reconstructive surgery trials network.
