Laura has been at St Hugh’s College since 2005, when she began as a medical undergraduate. She completed both preclinical and clinical medical training at St Hugh’s. Since 2012 she has continued her relationship with the College by providing tutorials in clinical medicine. Initially training in rheumatology, she completed a PhD in the genetics of skeletal diseases and osteoporosis and is now an Academic Clinical Fellow in Clinical Genetics in Oxford. She has an ongoing research interest in the genetics of rare and common skeletal diseases.
