Professor Martin interviewed about celebrated Countdown appearance
Professor James Martin, Tutorial Fellow in Mathematics at St Hugh’s College, was interviewed on BBC Radio 4’s More or Less programme (starts at 10:50) about his celebrated Countdown appearance in 1997.
During the show James did a calculation which left presenter Carol Vorderman speechless and it has become a much celebrated moment in the programme’s history.
