St Hugh’s community enjoys Easter party with the Mad Hatter!

The Principal’s husband, Domineco Angiolini hosted the first Easter party last week since lockdown began in 2019, with the help of the Mad Hatter, aka Professor Adrian Moore.

Children were able to decorate their own baskets in which they could collect their Easter eggs. The Easter egg hunt took place in the College’s sun-filled gardens, following which the children were treated to a delicious tea. The Mad Hatter then presided over some party games which included “Pass the Parcel and an “Egg and Spoon Race” (with Cadbury’s cream eggs rather than real ones!).

At the end of a thoroughly joyous afternoon, the Mad Hatter handed out chocolate bunnies to all the children.

We would like to thank everyone involved in organising such a fun-packed afternoon, including Amanda Moss, James Hatherley and all the Catering team.

And last, but definitely not least, a huge thank you to the Mad Hatter for making sure everyone found some Easter eggs and went home with chocolate-filled tummies!

Below are photos of the Easter Party:
