Congratulations to St Hugh’s Tutorial Fellow in Experimental Psychology, Professor Asifa Majid FBA, who has been appointed as President of the Experimental Psychology Society (EPS). Founded in 1945, the EPS is a learned society that supports and promotes experimental psychology, through scientific meetings, award of grants and prizes, and support for students and early career researchers.

Commenting on her appointment, Professor Majid said, ‘I’m honoured to serve as President of the Experimental Psychological Society. The Society has a long history of supporting rigorous experimental research in a collaborative research community.
