Student’s successful nomination for University’s Inspirational Teachers Award

Teacher Sheena Kar from St Benedict’s Catholic High School in Whitehaven has won a 2015 University of Oxford Inspirational Teachers Award after being nominated by St Hugh’s undergraduate, Ben Peacock.

The Awards, organised by the Undergraduate Admissions and Outreach Office at the University, recognise inspirational teachers from UK schools and colleges. In 2015 twelve teachers from around the UK have been honoured with one of the awards.
