Accommodation and Conference Coordinator

 £25,194.00 – £28,294.00 per annum (with a discretionary range to £31,141 for exceptional candidates)

 37.5 hours per week (weekend and evening flexibility will be required)

St Hugh’s College seeks an Accommodation and Conference Coordinator to join the Accommodation and Conference team on a permanent basis.  The Accommodation and Conference departments play a crucial role within the College community as they are responsible for managing all internal and external accommodation and events. The successful postholder will have general responsibility for the administrative support for the College’s accommodation and conference offices.  Tasks will include assisting with monitoring residential occupancy, taking bookings, and communicating with students and guests.

The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with key stakeholders. They will also have a can do attitude and the drive to ensure a consistently high standard of customer service.
