Bruce Lawrence was appointed as our new Director of Development in May 2020.
Bruce comes to St Hugh’s College from the United States with over 18 years of development and fundraising experience. Having worked with our Development team from 2015 to 2018 as Executive Director of International Development and Alumni Engagement, Bruce established the North American Alumni Association and worked with alumni to increase engagement and donations for the College. For the past decade, Bruce ran a successful development consulting firm and helped raise over $30 million for non-profit organisations across America.
Bruce has a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communication and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.
