Professor Eidenmüller appointed to advise European Law Institute

Horst Eidenmüller, Freshfields Professor of Commercial Law and Fellow of St Hugh’s, has been invited to join a High Level Expert Group, advising the European Law Institute on promising company law projects.

The European Law Institute is an independent non-profit organisation established to initiate, conduct and facilitate research, make recommendations and provide practical guidance in the field of European legal development with a goal of enhancing the European legal integration.
