Professor Horst Eidenmüller interviewed on Brazilian television

Professor Horst Eidenmüller, Professorial Fellow and Freshfields Chair for Commercial Law, was interviewed on Brazilian television on the topic of the Volkswagen Emissions Scandal.

The interview formed part of a programme that explored the legal and ethical dimensions of the scandal and aired on 2nd October on Globo, the largest commercial TV network in Latin America. Professor Eidenmüller discussed possible motivations for VW’s actions and their potential consequences for the industry. While the full interview is not available to view, an abridged version of the programme can be found here, with Professor Eidenmüller appearing at 3:00.
