Biochemistry (Mollecular and Cellular)

St Hugh’s has always enjoyed a strong reputation for Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry. Up to four students are usually admitted each year, with Chemistry (but not Biology) an essential A-level requirement: there is no other restriction on the range of A or AS levels, although Mathematics above GCSE (or equivalent) is an advantage. The four-year degree course leads to an M.Bioch. (Hons) degree.
